How do I change something on my order?
The only way you can make a change to your order is to send an email to info@soulsfootwear.com. Most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt so please ensure you notify us as soon as possible of any changes required to your order.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Shipping rate of $20 applies for the first item ordered and $10 for each additional item/s ordered. Please note, delivery may take from 7 to 21 business days for international postal addresses outside Australia depending on your location.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
